NY State Next Generation Mathematics Standards
The New York State Next Generation Standards for mathematics is what I use when creating lesson plans. They are the most up-to-date standards in this state and are separated into K - 8, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II and the (+) standards levels.
National Council of Teachers of Mathematics (NCTM)
NCTM is a highly respected professional organization that releases weekly and monthly magazine issues with new research and strategies. There are local seminars held for educators throughout the country that are posted on the website while online seminars (webinars) are offered frequently.

Desmos
Desmos is an online graphing calculator. With Desmos, a student or teacher can quickly insert equations and see their representative graphs. Equipped with multiple useful graphing functions, Desmos is free to use and can be very effective for solving complicated math problems from Algebra to Calculus.
Mathematica
Wolfram's Mathematica is an online application that can be used for mathematical programming. Using a unique programming language (Latex), complex mathematical questions can be calculated and shown. Some topics that it is effective for include probability, geometry, sequences, data analysis and much more.
